Why build a pack instead of just buying what I need?
Because you never need one. Basics wear out on the same schedule, so replacing them one at a time means paying full price four times a year for the same drawer. Building it in one order is cheaper per garment, arrives in one box, and you are done thinking about it.
How does the discount actually work?
The meter adds up what is in your pack. Cross a marker and that discount is locked in for the whole order — it comes off automatically at checkout. There is no code to enter and nothing to claim afterwards.
Does it have to be the same product to count?
No, and that is the point. The meter counts dollars, not units, so a tee, a tank and two pairs of socks move it exactly as far as the same amount spent on one thing. Mixing is the fastest way up.
Can I add the same thing twice in different colors?
Yes. Pick a color, hit add, then change the color and add again. Each one appears as its own line with its own quantity, so you can go two black and one grey without starting over.
How much do I need for free shipping?
$60, and it is separate from the pack discount — so most packs land both. The builder shows you exactly how far off you are.
What size should I get?
True to size with a slightly relaxed body. Between sizes, size down for a closer fit. Full measurements are on the help page, and nothing shrinks out of shape in a hot wash.
What if part of it doesn't fit?
Return it within 30 days of delivery and keep the rest — the discount stays on what you keep. You start the return yourself from your account, no email needed. Socks and boxer briefs can only come back unopened — once a pack is opened we can't accept it, for hygiene.
Is there a limit on how big a pack can be?
No. Add as much as you want. The discount stops climbing after the last marker, but the pack does not.
